Mia is an execution-oriented innovator and entrepreneur with exceptional communication and management skills.

She helps her partners and clients transform their organizations by designing and delivering startup and innovation programs that bring stakeholders across the value chain together to solve environmental, social, and business challenges, ultimately producing measurable value for all stakeholders.

With her human-centric approach, facilitation training, and excellent communication skills, Mia simplifies complex technology and business concepts and communicates them in a way that delivers action-oriented results.

Maryam Shahin

UAE Co-Founder & Head of Growth

With an impressive 15-year track record of collaborating with leading UAE government organisations, Maryam has honed her skills and expertise in partnering with government entities to develop entrepreneurial ecosystem strategies that foster startup growth and contribute to the local GDP.

Maryam's core mission is to translate ground-breaking and innovative concepts into exceptional products and services. Her passion lies in designing and developing user-centric marketing strategies and service design, specializing in approaches that prioritize the needs and preferences of the target audience.

As a dedicated startup mentor, Maryam has provided her guidance to various startup initiatives in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, collaborating with prestigious organisations such as the Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment for SMEs, Intelak Hub by the Emirates Group, Dubai Tourism, Accenture, Microsoft, Amadeus, and Hamdan Incubator (HI2) by Dubai SME.
